The Free-dog Ruff Cuts™ vest is made from a combination of three different reclaimed items with a combined age of approximately 177 years. Two very distinct reclaimed textiles were used, one being former curtains for a four poster bed and the other part of a century+ old handmade bedspread.
The colorful threads used in the freehand embroidery and the contrasting yoke are from the bed draperies while the ultra-faded, super soft cotton lining is from the antique bed cover. This free-spirited vest is finished off with a leash tab and new Velcro closures.
